

RHIANNON ZANETIC

Rhiannon is counsel at Johnstone Law.
Rhiannon originally qualified in Australia, where, after a period working as tipstaff to the most senior common law judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, she worked at the market-leading firm Allens (part of the Linklaters global network) as an associate. In her time at Allens, Rhiannon was involved in a number of complex commercial disputes (including large scale cross-border taxation proceedings) and insolvency proceedings, acting for large corporate clients and insolvency practitioners across a range of industries.
Rhiannon relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2021 and has quickly developed a reputation as one of the market’s most noted up and coming associates. Recognised for her attention to detail, hard work and fierce intellect, Rhiannon has been involved as lead associate on some of the most innovative and cutting-edge insolvencies and highest value cross-border fraud and enforcement actions, including advising liquidators on novel issues arising from the failure of SPACs, representing global corporations on multi-billion dollar recovery actions, and advising investors in the emerging area of crypto and digital asset disputes.

Rhiannon obtained a postgraduade degree in law (Juris Doctor (Hons)) and an undergraduate degree in Communications (Journalism). at the University of Technology Sydney.
